Mirc Electronics proposes to setup new plant in Uttaranchal

Mirc Electronics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 22, 2006, to consider a proposal for setting up an industrial undertaking in the State of Uttaranchal for the manufacture of electronics equipments.
