Mphasis BFL equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Mphasis BFL Ltd has announced that equity shareholders of the Company at their Court Convened Meeting held on November 13, 2006 have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between EDS Electronic Data Systems (India) Pvt Ltd with the Company.
