Nestle India Board to consider second interim dividend

Nestle India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 04, 2006 to consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2006, if any.

Further the Company has informed that, December 11, 2006 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2006, if any. The Second Interim Dividend for the year 2006, if any, so declared shall be paid on and from December 21, 2006.
