Kirti Finvest to shift registered office

Kirti Finvest Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2006 has decided to shift its registered office from Raipur (C.G.) to Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra through Postal Ballot.
