Bhagyanagar India Board approves issue of shares to Bennett Coleman

Bhagyanagar India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2006 has approved the issue of 5,00,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 40/- (including a premium of Rs 38/-) on preferential basis to the following Allottee. The price has been calculated in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines on Preferential Issues, taking November 20, 2006 as Relevant Date, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on December 20, 2006.

Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd - 5,00,000 equity shares allotted.
