Prraneta Industries to consider issue of securities on Mar 24, 2009

Prraneta Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 24, 2009, inter alia, to discuss the issue of Equity shares / Warrants / Convertible Debentures on a "preferential basis" to Directors of the Company, Associates, and to any other prospective investors as the Board may deem fit, pursuant to SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines 2002, subject to approval from the shareholders of the Company in the General meeting under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
