Himalya International allots 5 million warrants

Himalya International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2009, inter alia, has allotted of 50,00,000 (5 million) warrants to Bennett & Coleman Co. Ltd (Times Group) at a price of Rs 18.30 per warrant.

The stock was trading at Rs.12.96, down by Rs.0.19 or 1.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.37 and low of Rs.12.68.

The total traded quantity was 37573 compared to 2 week average of 6394.
