Camlin Updates on Scheme of Arrangement

Camlin Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay at the hearing held on November 17, 2006, has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Camlin Fine Chemicals Ltd and their respective Shareholders for the proposed demerger of Fine Chemicals Division of the Company into Camlin Fine Chemicals Ltd.

Further the company informed the Board Meeting of the Company to give effect to the demerger, will be held on receipt of the High Court Order.
