Bodal Chemicals to consider warrant conversion on Mar 10, 2009

Bodal Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Company's warrant conversion option was closed on February 28, 2009. In this reference, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2009, inter alia, to allot equity shares in pursuance of warrant conversion option i.e. 1 warrant convertible into 1 equity share of Rs 10 fully paid at a premium of Rs 10/- per equity share during February 01, 2009 to February 28, 2009, as per terms of Letter of Offer (Rights issue) dtd. February 26, 2008.
