Taneja Aerospace to consider preferential issue to FIIs

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd has announced that a meting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider the proposal of preferential allotment of Equity Shares to Foreign Institutional Investor/s (FIIs).
