Anjani Fabrics EGM approves issue of 3250000 shares

Anjani Fabrics Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 03, 2009, inter alia, have approved the allotment up to 3250000 Equity shares on preferential basis at a price of Rs 12.75 on conversion of outstanding unsecured loans and on other terms and condition as mentioned in the Notice to the shareholders for this EGM.
