Sagar Cements allots 18,50,000 warrants

Sagar Cements Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 15, 2006 has allotted 18,50,000 convertible Warrants of Rs 82/- each to the promoter group in accordance with the Resolution passed by shareholders at their 25th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2006.
