Bemco Hydraulics to allot 12,93,400 shares

Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 05, 2006, to create, offer, issue and allot not more than 12,93,400 Equity Shares of the Company of the face value of Rs 10/- each for cash at par or such premium and in such proportion as may be decided by the Board, to the members on rights basis on a date to be fixed by the Board as the Record Date, aggregating not more than Rs 1,29,34,000/-, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
