Garware Marine allots 539500 Equity shares upon conversion of Share Warrants

Garware Marine Industries Ltd has announced that the Shares / Warrants Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 25, 2009 has allotted 5,39,500 Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants, to Promoters and Non-Promoters.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Share Capital of the Company stands at 54,85,684 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 5,48,56,840/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.10.69, up by Rs.0.20 or 1.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.69 and low of Rs.9.97.
