OBC raises Rs 500 crores

Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 28, 2009 regarding Raising Tier II Capital by way of Upper Tier II Bonds, that the proposed issue was closed on February 06, 2009 and subscribed to the extent of Rs 500 crore (Rs 250 crore plus green shoe option for an amount of Rs 250 crore).

The stock was trading at Rs.133, up by Rs.0.75 or 0.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.134.85 and low of Rs.132.25.

The total traded quantity was 11928 compared to 2 week average of 1393929.
