Core Projects Allots FCCBs for US$ 12.25 million

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds for USD 12.25 million, successfully closed on November 13, 2006 and that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 13, 2006 has allotted 1,225 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of USD 10,000 each on the terms and conditions as set out in the Offering Circular. The said bonds will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
