Shriram City Union to consider issue of shares and warrants on preferential basis

Shriram City Union Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider subject to the applicable laws and regulations, further issue of equity shares and warrants by way of preferential allotment.
