Tata Power to forfeit warrants money

Tata Power Company Ltd has now announced with reference to earlier annoucement dated July 06, 2007 regarding allotment of Warrants to Tata Sons Ltd, that Tata Sons Ltd has not exercised its option to convert the 1,03,89,000 Warrants issued to it, into Equity Shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.725.50, down by Rs.6.75 or 0.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.736.90 and low Rs.720.

The total trading quantity was 61484 compared to 2 week average of 164699.
