Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 23, 2008, inter alia, to consider the matter of allotment of 30,00,000 Share warrants on preferential basis to Promoters and other strategic investors for its Terry Towel expansion project.

To consider expansion in Fusible Interlining manufacturing capacity.
