Compact Disc Board Meeting on Dec 18, 2008 to allot warrants to Pariscope Pictures

Compact Disc India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider the allotment of Convertible Warrants to Pariscope Pictures Pvt. Ltd.

To approve the capital investment and terms of equity investments etc. in Laser Infomedia Ltd.- a Gaming Development & Publishing Company.

To approve location for setting-up a Gaming Development & Publishing Studio in India.

The Compact Disc India stock was trading at Rs.36.70, up by Rs.3.30 or 9.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.36.70 and low of Rs.33.80.

The total traded quantity was 71947 compared to 2 week average of 16142.
