Sayaji Hotels to consider issue of shares in Barbeque-nation Hospitality Ltd

Sayaji Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2008, inter-alia, to consider and approve the issue of further equity shares in the wholly owned subsidiary company Barbeque -nation Hospitality Ltd to promoters and others.

The Sayaji Hotels stock was trading at Rs.40.80, down by Rs.2.10 or 4.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.05 and low of Rs.40.80.
