Vista Pharmaceuticals allots 4271395 shares

Vista Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2008, have considered and allotted 42,71,395 Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 3.60 subsequent to exercise of option by the warrant holders.

The company has allotted M/s Vista Pharmaceuticals Inc. - 15,00,000 shares, Mr D. Gopal - 4,53,000 shares, Dr. B. Srinivas - 7,55,000 shares and Dr. Keshav Murthy Siva Shankar - 15,63,395 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.6.09, up by Rs.0.29 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.09 and low of Rs.5.80.

The total traded quantity was 1070 compared to 2 week average of 1329.
