Era Infra Engineering allts 5500000 shares

Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 04, 2008, has allotted Equity Shares to the holders of 55,00,000 convertible warrant of Rs 10/- each, allotted on June 09, 2007, upon the full exercise of the conversion option by the warrant holders.
