GTL Infrastructure to consider allotment of shares on conversion of FCCBs

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of the Board will be held on December 04, 2008, to consider allotment of Equity Shares consequent to conversion notice(s) received / to be received for conversion of FCCBs at a conversion price of Rs 53.04 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated November 24, 2007 for issue of US$ 300,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012.
