Kovilpatti Lakshmi proposes public issue at Rs.55

Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd has announced that the Company proposes to issue 26,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 45/- per share to Public instead of Rs 60/- premium per share which has been decided by the Board at its meeting held on October 03, 2006.
