Moving Picture Company forfeits 23550 shares

Moving Picture Company India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, has forfeited 23,550 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, Rs 5/- paid up, offered to public earlier vide its Initial Public Offer in February 2001, for non-payment of call money.

The Board of Directors had, earlier in a resolution passed on January 07, 2008, issued the final notice of forfeiture. The call money was to be remitted upto February 20, 2008 by defaulting shareholders.
