Rain Commodities extinguishes 258075 shares

Rain Commodities Limited has announced that the company has extinguished 2,58,075 equity shares which were bought back under the buy-back offer of the Company. Consequent to said extinguishment of 2,58,075 equity shares, the present paid up equity share capital of the Company stands at Rs.71,23,85,610 divided into 7,12,38,561 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.106.10, up by Rs.0.60 or 0.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.112.50 and low of Rs.99.

The total traded quantity was 172684 at an average price of Rs.105.59 resulting in a turnover of Rs.182.34 Lakhs.
