Gemstone Investments allots 3680000 warrants

Gemstone Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2008, has allotted 36,80,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on preferential basis, which were approved in the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on September 25, 2008.
