Cupid to allot Convertible Warrants

Cupid Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors have allotted 5,92,400 Convertible Warrants to Mr. Omprakash Garg, promoter of Company on October 15, 2008 as per approval given by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2008.
