Comp U Learn to allot 20 Lakhs warrants

Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2008, has approved the issue and allotment on a preferential basis of 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs) Equity share warrants convertible into Equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the promoters and their relatives at an issue price of Rs 12/- per share warrant (inclusive of a premium of Rs 2/- per share warrant).

The stock closed the day at Rs.5.47, down by Rs.0.28 or 4.87.%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.96 and low of Rs.5.47.

The total traded quantity was 14158 compared to 2 week average of 16202.
