vSouthern Online Bio Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 06, 2008 have allotted balance 3,25,000 equity shares of Rs 25.90 (incl. premium of Rs 15.90) and 15,00,000 Convertible warrants @ of Rs 25.90 (incl. premium of Rs 15.90) to non-promoters on a Preferential basis pursuant to the approval of Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2008 and the In Principle approval from Stock Exchange dated September 17, 2008.
