Comfort Intech converts 3150000 warrants

Comfort Intech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 22, 2008, inter alia, has converted the 31,50,000 warrants into Equity Capital of 31,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 17.11/- (face value 10/- and 7.11/- premium) each and allotted 31,50,000 Equity Shares which were issued on conversion of out of 60,00,000 warrants in to 60,00,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis.
