IFB Agro allots 3 Lakh shares

IFB Agro Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 12, 2008, inter alia, has approved and allotted 3,00,000 Equity Shares (face value of Rs 10/- each) of the Company to IFB Automotive Pvt. Ltd on Preferential basis at the rate of Rs 67/- per share (including Premium of Rs 57/- per share).

The Board of Directors has approved a proposal of merger of some of its group entities with itself.
