Comp U Learn approves preferential issue of 20 Lakh warrants

Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2008, inter alia, has subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, Preferential issue u/s 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 of 20,00,000 convertible equity share warrants of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 12/- per warrant (inclusive of a premium of Rupees Two/-) to the promoter group.
