Infosys Limited has declared its consolidated audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), prepared in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS). The global IT services leader recorded a net revenue from operations of ₹48,211 crore, reflecting a growth from ₹46,402 crore in the previous quarter (Q3 FY26) and ₹42,279 crore in the corresponding period of the prior year (Q1 FY26).
Total comprehensive income for the period stood at ₹8,146 crore, supported by profit for the period of ₹7,775 crore and net other comprehensive income of ₹371 crore. Profit attributable to owners of the company reached ₹7,769 crore.
Operational Expenditure and Profitability Overview
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Infosys incurred total expenses of ₹38,167 crore, compared to ₹36,764 crore in the preceding quarter and ₹33,581 crore in Q1 FY26.

Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹19.19 (par value ₹5/- each), while Diluted EPS was recorded at ₹19.17.

Dividend Details and Capital Structure
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹25/- per equity share (par value ₹5/- each). The dividend was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 23, 2026, and was subsequently paid on June 25, 2026.
As of June 30, 2026, the company's paid-up share capital stood at ₹2,025 crore (par value ₹5/- each, fully paid), while other equity was reported at ₹90,828 crore.
