TTK Healthcare to Divest 'EVA' and 'Good Home' Brands to Wipro Enterprises for ₹256 Crore

In a major brand portfolio realignment, TTK Healthcare Limited (BSE: 507747; NSE: TTKHLTCARE) has officially approved the sale of two of its prominent consumer product brands, "EVA" and "Good Home", to M/s Wipro Enterprises Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹256 crore plus applicable GST.

The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during its meeting held today, July 23, 2026, based on the formal recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board meeting commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 12:45 p.m.

Following the board approval, TTK Healthcare concluded and executed definitive agreements with Wipro Enterprises Private Limited. The transaction is slated for completion by September 30, 2026, subject to the standard and customary 'conditions precedent' typical for transactions of this nature.

Strategic and Financial Impact

The divestment involves key consumer care assets that generated significant top-line contribution for TTK Healthcare in the previous financial year:

Revenue Contribution: For FY 2025-26, the combined revenue from operations, turnover, and income generated by the "EVA" and "Good Home" brands stood at approximately ₹148 crore.

Turnover Percentage: These two brands accounted for roughly 17% of TTK Healthcare's total turnover in FY 2025-26.

Deal Consideration: The total transaction value has been fixed at ₹256 crore (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty-Six Crores Only) plus applicable GST.

Shares of TTK Healthcare Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1011.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1007.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 696 in over 159 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1057.20 and intraday low of 984.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 707371.00.
