Further, growth remained broad-based across all product categories.

Consumption demand trends during the quarter remained steady, supported by resilient economic activity. Our superior merchandise, operational excellence and customer-first approach helped us deliver consistent results even when the broader environment remains challenging.

During the quarter, we opened 27 gross new stores, in line with our expansion strategy. Of these, 10 stores were added in the Southern region, a market where we continue to see strong momentum and are actively deepening our presence.

PAT for Q1FY27 grew at 25.6% to Rs. 258.8 crores, in-line with our focus on profitable growth and operational excellence.

While elevated inflation weighed on demand environment in Q1, we expect the impact to taper down in the subsequent quarters. We remain confident and excited about the journey ahead, underpinned by strong fundamentals of our business and continued execution of our growth strategy."
