Indo SMC Limited operates dedicated SMC, FRP, and Electrical Component divisions across manufacturing units in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan:
Nashik Facility (Maharashtra): Generated the largest share of quarterly revenue at ₹64.68 crore.
Ahmedabad Facility (Gujarat): Contributed ₹21.46 crore to overall top-line performance.
Ghiloth Facility (Rajasthan): Contributed ₹1.99 crore during the quarter.
Division-wise Operational Capacity & Utilisation
1. SMC & FRP Division
During Q1 FY27, the SMC & FRP division achieved an overall capacity utilization of 9.10%, producing 865.20 tons out of a total installed capacity of 9,507.00 tons.
SMC Electrical Enclosures & Sheets - Chequered Plates: Produced 229.18 tons against an installed capacity of 6,047.00 tons, representing a utilization rate of 3.79%.
FRP Gratings & Pultruded Sections: Produced 636.02 tons against an installed capacity of 3,460.00 tons, reflecting an 18.38% utilization rate.
2. Electrical Division (Nashik Facility)
High Tension Current Transformer: Achieved a 25% capacity utilization rate, manufacturing 3,000 units out of an installed capacity of 12,000 units.
Metering Cubicle: Recorded a 20% utilization rate, producing 360 units out of an installed capacity of 1,800 units.
Low Tension Current Transformer: Maintained an installed capacity of 180,000 units with 0 units produced (0% utilization).
Distribution Box: Maintained an installed capacity of 4,000 units with 0 units produced (0% utilization).
Key Highlights During Q1 FY27
1. Manufacturing Capacity Expansion
- Successfully installed Pultrusion Machines at the Ahmedabad manufacturing facility, strengthening the Company's FRP manufacturing capabilities and enhancing production capacity for structural composite products.

2. Product Development Progress
- Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) drawings for machines required at the Nashik plant are under final approval.

3. Export Milestone
- Successfully executed the first export shipment of FRP products to Oman, marking the Company's entry into international markets for FRP solutions and expanding its global customer base.
