All four incoming orders have been secured within the ordinary course of the company's business operations. The allocations are being executed under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) on a deposit work basis framework and are split across two primary domestic institutional clients:
1. District Mineral Foundation (DMF), Keonjhar
The District Mineral Foundation has awarded two primary institutional projects inside the Keonjhar district of Odisha to expand localized educational infrastructure:
Mega Education Complex: The largest individual contract in this announcement, carrying an estimated project consideration of ₹70.59 crores (excluding GST).
DD University Works: A secondary contract focused on higher education additions within the same Mega Education Complex framework, valued at ₹17.24 crores (excluding GST).
2. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS)
The central school organization has commissioned HSCL to oversee the engineering and development of entirely new administrative and academic spaces across two separate administrative districts in Odisha:
Angul District Campus: Construction management of a brand-new campus layout for Kendriya Vidyalaya, valued at ₹35.56 crores (excluding GST).
Sambalpur District Campus: An identical infrastructural development mandate for a separate Kendriya Vidyalaya facility within Sambalpur, carrying an equivalent valuation of ₹35.56 crores (excluding GST).
