Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Ltd submits proposal to A-1 Ltd

Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Ltd has formally submitted a Proposal to A-1 Limited, a Listed Public Company seeking engagement as an Exclusive Dealer for their sulphurbased industrial products requirements.

The proposed product portfolio includes:

- Sulphuric Acid 98%.
- Sulphuric Acid 70%.
- Oleum 23%.
- Oleum 65%.
- Chloro Sulphonic Acid.
- Sulphur Dioxide.
- Sulphur Trioxide.

The Company has maintained a strong business relationship with A-1 Limited and has already supplied materials aggregating to approximately ₹40 Crores since February 2026. The said proposal has been submitted in view of the Company's expanding market presence, extensive distribution network across India, established customer base, and strong logistics capabilities.

The proposed exclusive dealership arrangement, if finalized, is expected to enhance the Company's revenue visibility and market share in sulphur-based chemicals. Based on current procurement levels, the Company estimates a potential annualized business opportunity, subject to market conditions, pricing, and final commercial terms. The exclusivity, if granted, may lead to incremental revenue growth, improved margins through scale efficiencies, and strengthened customer retention.
