Modern Insulators Ltd approves investment of Rs. 25 crores Buoyant Large Value Fund

The Board of Directors of Modern Insulators Ltd in its meeting held on 26th June, 2026 have considered and approved the Investment of Rs. 25 Crores in Buoyant Large Value Fund (LVF).

The Company has surplus funds available, and the investment is being made for the efficient deployment of such surplus funds as a long-term investment. The investment is expected to generate appropriate risk-adjusted returns and diversify the Company's investment portfolio.

Buoyant is an Alternate Investment Fund buying into listed equities. It invests in large cap, mid cap and small stocks based on fund managers conviction. It has shown good return (ROI) in the past.
