The internal reorganization focuses on moving specific business lines to specialized units to optimize infrastructure and achieve better economies of scale:
Servo Stabilizer and Isolation Transformers Business: All manufacturing, production support, and related operational activities for this segment will move from the Pisoli Unit in Pune, Maharashtra, to the Mahape Unit in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. During the 2025-26 financial year, this vertical contributed INR 5.17 Crores, representing roughly 1.34% of the company's total consolidated turnover.
Lithium Battery Manufacturing Vertical: The production and operational capabilities for this vertical will shift from the Mahape Unit in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, to the Bakrol Unit in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This segment recorded a turnover of INR 25.25 Crores in FY 2025-26, accounting for approximately 6.55% of the total consolidated turnover.
Note on Consolidated Revenue: Prostarm Info Systems Limited reported a total consolidated turnover of INR 385.77 Crores for the financial year 2025-26. Together, the relocating divisions represent less than 8% of the company's overall annual revenue.
