Mach Travel Solutions Ltd announces Empanelment with IRCTC for Tourism and Travel Service Management

Mach Travel Solutions Limited (formerly known as Mach Conferences and Events Limited) (BSE: MACHLTD), an integrated travel and mobility solutions company, announced its empanelment by Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) as a Service Provider for Service Management under Category "A" Tourist Packages operated by IRCTC across India.

The empanelment enables the Company to participate in providing backend travel and tourism services across a broad range of IRCTC-operated tourism products, subject to specific requirements and assignments. These include Swadesh Darshan and State Special Train tours, Charter Coach and Saloon Car Packages, Charter Train Tours, Customized Tour Packages, Rail Tour Packages and Holiday Packages.

Under the scope of the empanelment, Mach Travel Solutions may provide a range of backend travel services including accommodation arrangements, transportation management, catering coordination, tour guide and escort services, customer support, destination logistics and other travel-related services across various tourist and pilgrimage destinations in India.

The empanelment aligns with the Company's strategy of expanding its presence across multiple travel segments and strengthening its position as an integrated travel solutions platform serving enterprise, institutional and retail travel requirements.

India's tourism sector continues to benefit from increasing domestic travel demand, enhanced connectivity and growing interest in organised travel experiences. Through its operational expertise and pan-India service network, the Company believes it is well positioned to support large-scale travel programmes requiring coordinated execution across multiple destinations.
