Real estate developer Ashiana Housing Limited has announced its operational performance highlights for May 2026. The New Delhi-headquartered company reported steady booking traction across its specialized residential portfolios.

During the month of May 2026, Ashiana Housing recorded a total area booked of 1.43 lakh square feet. The sales value of the area booked during this one-month period stood at ₹136.04 Crores.

Year-to-Month (YTM) Cumulative Performance

Reflecting the combined operational sales momentum for the first two months of the 2026-27 financial year (April-May 2026), the company's cumulative metrics indicate stable inventory absorption:

Total Area Booked: Remained on a steady upward trajectory, accumulating a total of 2.28 lakh square feet for the financial year so far.

Total Booking Value: Reached a cumulative milestone of ₹227.44 Crores during the opening two months of the current fiscal year.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 359.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 369.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3542 in over 174 trades.
