Om Infra Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Om Infra Limited has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share (50%) of the Face Value of Rs. 1/- for the Financial Year 2025-26 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
