Aeroflex Enterprises Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.40

The board of directors of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited has recommended the payment of a final dividend of Re. 0.40 (Forty paisa) per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each, (i.e. at the rate of 20%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
