Metropolis Healthcare Limited declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Metropolis Healthcare Limited has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of INR 1/- (Indian Rupee One only) per equity share of face value of INR 2/- (Indian Rupees Two only) each for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend shall be Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The Interim Dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration.
