Permanent Magnets Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.20

The board of directors of Permanent Magnets Ltd has recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 2.20/- per Equity Share i.e 22% on the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
