Sharda Cropchem Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 9

The Board of Directors of Sharda Cropchem Ltd has considered and recommended final dividend at the rate of Rs. 9.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
