HPCL recommends final dividend of Rs. 19.25

The board of directors of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 19.25 Per Share on face value of Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The same would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the ensuing AGM.

The Record Date for aforesaid Dividend August 14, 2026.
